The Motto construction project involved interior and exterior contracting work. We built an add-on to an existing home and our team of contractors completed the initial demolition, retrofitting, framing, and all installation of Hardie siding, windows and Trex decking. This project was completed on time and on budget using green (eco-friendly) building materials when possible.

We started the project with just an empty parcel. from design /planning stages to the foundation thru roof and even the landscaping/irrigation system was done with myself and team.
